The Staff do not answer the phones, the patients are not cared for the way they should be cared for. When patients ring the bell for the nurse, the bell will ring for 45 Minutes or more.
We viewed a variety of records relating to the management of the service including audit systems. Overall this facility is great and i would recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one. We had visitation rights just downstairs, but yesterday was the first day I was able to go up in her room. She didn’t have a shower in her room, and there was a toilet between her room and another room shared. She’s aware of everything, and she stays in her room because she has no one to talk to. Everybody’s up there screaming, yelling, and crying; it’s just awful. She is aware of everybody and everything, but she is delusional.
